I was recently asked about a problem which a client was having with their Out of Office (OOF) messages.
It seemed that even though users would set the message using Outlook 2003 an out of date message would be sent!
After a little digging a found a few links which might help people.
Having talked to a few people at Microsoft, it would seem that the majority of all the calls logged with PSS are waiting for a response from RIM.
I would therefore suggest following up with RIM to understand what updates may be available and when.
